Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been suffering from blocked nose for 2 years and some times i have pain in nose too. Due to nose i can't sleep properly some time am overthinking

I have had a dull pain in the bottom right hand corner of my left nostril for 2 days and hurts to touch

The coming generation will inherit which one ? Before rhinoplasty or after .?

Hi, Ansuman here, am having the following condition. I dont feel like coughing but i can feel the kapha/mucus in my throat walls. While brushing at morning time, whenever i try to forcibly take the mucus out, precisely after cleaning the tongue step, i see some blood coming along. This blood thing has started since 2-3 days. Sometimes I also feel pain in toungsils . Can your expertise help me in deciding which throat test i should go for and what should I do? And i also am willing to go for a Full body check up, including the above check up tests from the ENT specialist and a physician. Please help me with the same. Thanks & Regards.

Unable to hear from left ear and from right ear I am hearing very little. Problem is from more than 3 months.
