Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

In biopsy report , it shows moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and multiple grey white pieces of tissue together measuring 0.5*0.4*0.2 cm... i just want to know stage of cancer and which treatment praferrable

I am frequently having headaches in either side of my head starting from nose to above the eye area to the side of the head and sometimes it radiates till hand. So I want to whether is it any serious condition?

My mother is having pain in left inner ear which actually starts from inner side of the teeth or gums from left side, some time so sever that it radiates down to sternoclidomestoid miscle and mestoid process. It have some relations with weather change like cold and rainy weather aggravates the pain summer is much better.. temporo mandibular joint x ray have done last 3 years back.. But nothing found in that.. Mri scan for brain and inner ear have been done it found nothing.. What els to do for her condition? She takes pain killer (paracetamol) as pain is undearable and also takes some Ayurvedic medicines.. But no use.. No problem in hearing. Please suggest any other remedy or diagnostic approach.
