Blood from cough
I have been suffering from cold & cough(may be due to a sudden climatic change) since a week. recently i observed dots of blood spilling out through the saliva and sometimes my saliva turns orange(indicating blood). As i smoke a lot of cigarettes I'm afraid I'm having TB.

You seem to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat infection in this season. Violent coughing sometimes causes injuries to small blood vessels of airway causing minimal blood in the cough. You may need to take antibiotics, mucolytics and cough syrups for few days
