Loss of hearing in one ear. no pain
I had a very slight pain when i touched the area on my ear directly below the targus. very mild but noticable. it went away a day or two later and since my hearing in that ear has been muffled. no pain no dissyness just a full ear feeling and muffled hearing.

Need local examination of the ear for accurate diagnosis..as per your description need to be ruled out otitis media of effusion or Hearing impairment.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
