Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having cold for about 4-5 days and today my ears are blocked. I am having irritation and also the cold is not healing up. Please help

I feel a irritation in my ear(right ear) when I get up in the morning and over the months, I do feel that the ear canal is narrowing down .ear buds aren't helping as the irritation seems to be deeper in the ear

When ever I go to concerts I get dissy. is there anything I can take that doesn't make me feel like I am going to pass out

I had throat infection and went to doctor she told it's might be bacterial infections and advised me Relent OD, diclomol, Rabemac DSR and Zocef 500 and asked do you have fever I said no so then she asked me to take Zocef 500 only if I feel fever. Now I have fever and after taking Zocef 500 tablet am feeling abdominal pain I have doubt that should I stop this medicine or shall I continue, please advise.

Para nasal CT Scan mentions the below: -Polypoid mucosal thickening in both maxillary sinus. rest paransal sinus are normal. -Osteo-meatal units are patent. -Nasal septum mildly deviated. -Mild hypertrophy of both inderior turbinates. -Lamina Papyracea & cribiform plate intact. -No other abnormality. Taking endless medication since 2 months yet not cured of weakness, sneezing and ticklish throat. Cant exercise or lead a normal life. Can someone please advise what is the issue?

I have been sneezing very severely everyday morning when i get up and also throughout the day. i get black colour particles mixed with the mucus when i sneeze.

I have suffering mild sensitive neural hearing loss since last 3 years is there any treatment available for this disease.

I have a burnt like sensation all over my mouth including my tongue. It feels numb, metallic taste like feeling.. would you know what this means?.. also it's not hot coffee.. 😊 cz I didn't burn myself.. today morning my throat felt all clogged up.. not sure what that is either.. Also note that I've been working night shifts for the past two months.. it has disturbed by sleeping schedule, I don't feel like eating much.. also very irregular bowel movements.. I have a heavy feeling in my head all the time.. also getting some rashes over my body, probably fungal.. don't know if that's related but overall a lot of discomfort.. Please help me..
