Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi I have a bad smell from nose and mouth. I went to a Dentist and a GI and they told me that I'm good. Then i went to ENT and he told me to underwent CT Scan. How ever the report mentioned Polypoidal Mucosal Thickening in the left maxillary. So i need to know what does it mean and how can it be cured.

I can't breathe through my nose, my nose itself is not congested with stuff, but something else, is stopping it, not the nose itself. I know I have the highest severity of dust allergy (got it tested). I have also been chronicly mouth breathing my whole life, and got dental malcussion. Yes, yes, I understand underlying causes, however, since (with limits) breathing through my nose I notice I think and act with crystal clear clarity, and I become much more productive. Can I get surgery to fix?

Have got ulcer on right of uvula and there is pain in right ear, have taken e-fresh ear drop from medical. 2days passed but still it pains, no pains in the morning but it pains more in the afternoon. Kindly help me out
