Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My nostril tips are cracked, and rupture and bleed occassionally. My lips are cracked and is difficult to open. At any given time I have one nose completely blocked and the other nose running. Sometimes, both the nostrils are blocked and I have to breathe through my mouth. Also, my tonsils are mildly paining. It's been happening since a week. Please suggest me a remedy.

I've head ache and running nose severe only on right side ofhead nd nose got blocked and pain is from my right eye bottom to back of my head (sinus)
