Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm having pain in my left ear since last one month but I was ignoring it. But now it has increased and I'm having head ache also in the left side of my head since last two days. What should I do and which specialist should I consult

My friend was hit on right side of her forehead when she was 13-14 years old. The injury didn't seem to be big; she recovered within a week after getting few stitches. Briefly afterwards, she realized that her hearing from the right ear was affected. She overlooked this problem and has been living with this hearing loss in left ear since then. Now she is 26 years old. I insist to visit a doctor and attend to this situation. Please advise what should be our course of action?

I had pus coming from ear since childhood, 7 yrs back I had operation for both ears. Even after that pus is coming

I have been feeling a constant pain in right ear. I used earbuds few days back. When touched from backside as well as frontside of the ear, it pains.

While playing got hurt in throat region , taken medicines too from medical shop like pain killer and antibiotics. But still it's paining , while drinking water and taking inside bulgums too it pains. Kindly advise

Can not hear small sounds like micro own/Fridge beeping sound. Can hear when others talk but cant understant the words they talk.

My mother has a inflammation in the right ear.Doctor diagnosed her with osteoma.I wanted to ask if is it necessary that the person has to be operated.Because i have visited 3 doctors and they all have told that we need to operate,though we are a bit skeptical about it.i have attached the image of reports of HRCT temporal bone and X ray of mastoids schullers Pls suggest.
