Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

For last 5 days while I swallow something i feel something in my vocal chord. Last 2 days pain occurs

Too much itching inside my right side ear... & Some time causes itching in left side ear also..

What is the treatment for sinus infection i am suffering from this infection since at the age of 7 year old it continuously still occur i felt headache twice in a week my nose run every time i have breathing problem and sometimes i get fever too. I am student i cannot study properly it completely frustrating i sneeze a lot in my class please tell some specific medicine My dad has also same infection

I have tinnitus since 2009, right now its too loud and always have white muccus when cleanning my nose specially in the morning.

I’ve a bean shaped something around my jaw on both sides and I’ve sore throat. It’s little painful.

Pain inside my ear. and consult with a doctor and he said that i have hole in my eardrum. and he suggest me for surgery.. now want ask you that is there other option.

Ear got blocked due to wax. Cleaning through buds didn't helped. Slightly affected hearing ability as well. Any other remedy?
