Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

One year ago i used to feel burning sensation in my mouth with dry throat n i went for diagnosis found nasal polyps in bilateral maxillary both side (left>right), mild sinusitis,deviated s shaped nasal septum, i was told for surgical removal, i will do it in next month but the problem is from beginning that i have pain in back of my throat above right side of my throat in corner between palatopharyngeal arch and palatoglossal arch n right ear too but not my tonsil,it sometimes goes and come back, i have pressure on my both ear seems heavy but my concern is on pain from earlier, when i eat food i feel spicy n cheely on pain location like some burning but left side is good n normal,this time i was given medicine [recofast plus,relent,pantosec D SR,anesthetic antacid gel as mucaine gel] for 7 days and CIDE-500 i.e cefuroxime axetil tabkets ip for 5 days but these are not helping me. Plz reply sir

I am having frequent pain in my head precisely on my upper part of eyes and ears and nerves get some time stiff.

Last 10 I have pain in ear, lessaudable, I took medicine relief in pain but hearing less

Since 6 hours........fever.cold.breathing problem.heavy headache.not even walk

I have cough only during the morning times and feel the tightness in the chest only in mornings(so couldn’t able to breath for sometime). Doctor said I am allergic. So i had Montair 10 mg as per doctor suggestion. When I take medicine I am ok in the next morning,when I don’t take the same happens to me every morning. For how much period I need to continue Montair I0 mg ? Is their any side effect ? In a day what is the number of dose ? Please help me out..

I haven't banged my nose or anything I woke up 3 days ago and its got worse over time the bridge of my nose feels like I have broken it.

Coughing up fiberous like objects, finding fibers in my ears and very fiberous mucous. I am worried something is very wrong and do not know what could possibly cause it. I have pictures of the fibers as well.

I got itching in my ears while sleeping almost everyday. Today i had to put a cotton swab to ease it. What could cause itching in ears?
