Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been coughing problem from 4-5month.I have taken treatment many time but I didn't rescue from that problem

I have been having ear pain i my left ear for 3 days and i also have head aces

Seems like a blockage in left ear at times hissing noises used clear wax for 2 days but no difference hardly any wax was cleared

Right sub- mandibular enlarged with 5.2 mm calculus seen in the main duct causing mild back pressure changes. Please suggest what to do

Sir i am suffering from cough in neck or throat only not in chest due to which little pain occur in neck from 4 months

I used to smoke badly One I got cough 3 year back and could be treated after a month so I stopped smoking forever but Since then I have a problem that When I take water or cold air it causes cough and blockage in my throat. It seems like some gel like material is blocking my throat. I got treatment in homeopathy for two months and allopathy for more than six months 3 times but problem still persist. I got checked my lungs but they were clear. Kindly help me. can it be throat Cancer in future.
