  4. Intermittent pain in left ear. The ears.

Intermittent pain in left ear
Day before, I tried to clean the wax in my left year. Since then, I have a pain in the ear. It is intermittent but a very strong pain sensation, when felt. I don`t clean my ears regularly because of this only. Please suggest. Also, Please suggest the best way to clear the ears.

As per your description you might have developed acute otitis externa due to injury in the ear canal during ear cleaning.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
