I recently had a cold, and afterward I started having sharp pain in my right ear. I had some jaw pain the day before, and I think it might’ve been from earwax. I used a cotton swab, which made the pain worse, and now the pain keeps coming back when I’m not taking pain medication. I also have a slight fever.
I’ve been using warm oil drops, which help a little, but the pain comes back. I haven’t noticed any fluid coming out, but it feels blocked. I’m worried there might be an infection or that the wax is impacted. consulted with a doctor the inflammation is gone but still clogged up.

You have earwax . Don’t try removing on your own . You might end up giving some trauma maybe to ear drum also .
Kindly visit the nearest ent doctor for safe removal
If severe pain is there , take paracetamol tablet for now .but it will settle only after you get it removed
