Wax build is normal phenomenon and is a protective barrier .So if it is not causing you blockage sensation or decreased hearing no need for anything for now.
If yes then use wax dissolving drops and attend to ent clinic in 10 days for removal after using drops .

Wax dissolvant drops don't work properly on impacted hard wax. Pls consult ENT specialist for wax removal.
