One of my nostril is always blocked so Is it ok to use otrinoz regularly even when one is healthy and does not suffer from cold.

Prolong use of otrinoz may cause rebound congestion..it's called rhinitis medicamentosa..stop using it.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
