My right nostril is permanently blocked since 2 months and i am having difficulty in breathing from right nostril. Left nostril is fine. I had an x ray of nasal septum and the report was normal.
I am consuming anti allergy medicines on consultation of a doctor nearby like bilasure m , montelukast , mep 4 and maxxcet tablets but there is no improvement in my condition.

X-ray will not be very helpful. You will require a diagnostic nasal endoscopy to rule out DNS and Turbinate hypertrophy or a CT scan Nose & PNS.
Since how long have you been taking anti allergy medicines?
These anti histaminic drugs ideally should not be taken for very long duration. Dryness in nose is a side effect of these medications. Mep 4 is an oral steroid and should definitely not be taken for long duration in case of allergic rhinitis.
WHO has specified Intranasal steroid sprays like Fluticasone Furoate( Flomist/ Furamist/ Austril) as the management of choice for Allergic Rhinosinusitis.
Start Nasal Spray (any of the above mentioned) 2puffs twice a day for 15 days and thereafter once a day for next 15 days.
Identify the seasons when you have allergic nasal symptoms and use the spray during those times.
In addition to this do breathing exercises such as Alternate nostril breathing and brahmari pranayama regularly to maintain good nasal hygiene.
