Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello, I currently have a blocked right ear because of some wax buildup. I have Sodium Chloride Injection 0.9% little contained packages next to me. However i don't know if this is the right drops to use. The description of the drops reads: Sodium Chloride Injection 0.9% is a sterile isotonic solution of sodium chloride in Water for Injections, pH 4.5 - 7.0, containing no preservatives (normal saline). Is this safe to use?

I have been having dry cough since a week.. also having throat pain. i feel like itchy throat. beacuse of this problem my ears are also paining.

One year ago i have consulted with dr abhilash (alshifa hospital perinthalmanna), he said that there is a curve i my nose and need to take mri scan to ensure its condition,but i didnt gone due to i was no free. i also suffer now unbalance for my head, some times i cant controll my situations. i feel somthing covers my face, when i pres in my head or any where in face and putt all my force on there i will get freshness. etc..

For last 3 days in few occasions I have noticed a little rust/diluted pinkish coloured saliva while clearing throat and washing mouth. The saliva colour is different and not white. In other occasions it is regular white in colour. I have a history of tonsillitis and pharyngitis. My throat is redder than normal and warm. I don't have cough or fever. Everything is normal and no other symptoms.

I was sleeping in the afternoon time for half an hour all of a sudden there was a sound in my right ear like a small fly's wings and the same I heard for 3 times. Then it automatically stopped.

I,ve had a sudden common cold this afternoon and a pain around in the nasal opening causing nose blockage and pain in throat areas

I m suffering with cough since 2 months. I have MANTOUX Test it came negative I took clavam 625, dilosyn Cyrup please look into the matter

There is my 3 years old son he have throat problem his throat swells faster nd he gets fever again and again I want permanent treatment for this nd i want to get rid of this

Can my baby take gripe water, she is 13 months old and having throat infection now...taking medicines now also
