Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

There are bed bug in our bed. I have doubt that one got in my ear. There's continuous pain also. May u suggest any advice to get it out or suggest any ear drop to kill it if it is still alive, and this thought makes me more anxious that if it alive and sucking my blood and could create more infection. Thanks in advance Please help me out from this problem.

I had cold fever from past two days, fever has subsided and cold has also reduced. I feel incredibly weak and have ear ache. Is this common?

I have been experiencing left ear congestion from last 3 months and I am consulting a doctor with more than 30+ years of experience. Earlier I had my ear blocked for the whole time but now I am experiencing ear blockage for few hours in a day. I had lot of tests like few audio test many a times. Yes there are improvements shown in those test however I still have not fully recovered from this ear blockage.
