Sir I have problem in ear there is patch
There is patch in my left ear so what Can I do. Please sir give me some advice

Though your question is not very clear I think you are having tympano sclerotic patch over your ear drum. Usually patch is a result of childhood ear infections. If you don't have any symptoms such as hearing difficulties then no treatment if required
