Swelling in tonsil and gerd
I m suffering from swelling in tonsil area about 3 months and my ENT said it is GERD and I m taking tablets for 3 months now i got swelling in neck region .. feeling worst..what are the tests I have to take ? For further move

Any infection involving tonsils and leading to increase in its size, throat pain or fever more than 5 times in a year need to investigated and tonsillectomy is must to avoid similar repeated episodes. If you are talking about just posterior pharyngeal wall congestion, Yes it may be due to GERD, post nasal drip due to nasal allergy. Avoid spicy food, cold water/food items, smoking.
