Right medication to take for ear infecti
I’ve been diagnosed with an ear infection and prescribed amoxicillin, does amoxicillin work well with ears? I’ve tooken it before for a skin infection and I’m scared that it won’t work.

Hello, There are various types of organisms which can infect the ear. Ear infection can be of external or middle ear rarely inner ear also. Depending upon the ear discharge and site of infection antibiotics are prescribed. I suggest you never to use any antibiotic without consulting a ENT Specialist.
