Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I hv been suffering from throat problem last 1 year, most of the time throat pain and hoarseness. Doctors give only antibiotic which is not affecting me

Something like kida went in my ear.... and its paining lot... it is still alive in ear.. how to remove this?

I feel like cough in my throat always .I am daily smoker .when I quit smoking I feel relief .It is always not the case that when I quit smoking it does go away sometimes it happens when I m not smoking for long time.

I feel heaviness in ear and throat most of the time. I did testing of thyroid but no result found. The problem still persists more than 2 years

Got slapped on the my left ear 4 days back.. had a bussing sound and slight pain till yesterday.. pain started to increase inside left ear and back of the head.. fluid coming from ears.

I get a mild pain while heavy breathing. No pain while regular breathing. But slight heaviness in chest.
