Enlargement of submandibular gland
My left submandibular gland enlargement last 3 month approx 12mm×11mm .I have taken medicine 1. Amoxy clave 2.tibrolin.3 mv ..but not change ..and not dissolved and fnac test is normal like saildenitis ...plz suggest

Sialadenitis is one of the common cause for. Submandibular gland enlargement and most common cause is stone in the submandibular gland duct. If stone is visible through x ray or CT scan then it can be removed sometimes by sialendoscopy but may times treatment for chronic Sialadenitis is surgery such as submandibular gland excision
