Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My son age 2 year 6 month he did not start to speak.when we call he did not respond.but if he hear some sound like some song&cooker sound&vehicle sound.we take oae test result say its normal.its require to take BERA test.what can I do next step.

I visited doctor in the first day and I had Sore throat doc gave me Anti In the 3d day I got cough and my visited doctor and hr gave some other Antibiot +2 penic Well in the 8th day noon I ate some fruits to gain Diarrhea (and i still have it till now) . in 2am i got fever and visited doctor again (the fever always happens in midnight) .. and he took emergency blood test and he gave me prospan cough syrup with diclofenac potassium and now i have cold sweat, and fever and afterward again col

I've been having a crackling ear. Basically, sounds of crackling, popping, crisping and noise appears whenever i swallow, speak, or flex the ear muscles. This problem has been for more over 2 years. In the past, I did go scuba diving and listen to loud music. I went to the doctor and they said my ear is fine. But, I just don't know why both my ears make crackling sounds. I hope you can help me. And if there are any over-the-counter treatments, herbs, supplements Very much appreciated. Thanks. -1

I had to fly to arizona which toke 3 hrs and two days fly back to Cincinnati which toke 6 with hr layover , i didnt wear my hearing aids and did hurt when decending in the flight . Now my ears are sentive to bass from stereos ,engines and other thing , dont feel like a ear infections, feels kinda clog but normal audio when wearing hearing aids , the bass is just boom boom mostly background noise

Irritation in nose and throat connecting area and really feeling uncomfortable after i had juice today late evening it might caught my throat so what to take urgently i am 29 years male

This lump is not painful but when touched pains a little is that very serious

Throat had been paining since the last 4 days. Local doctor gave some tablets which didn't work and now the pain is worse. Pain worsens at night but is manageable in the day

I am having cold for last 20 days.....it's like sometimes I got relief from it and sometimes it became severe....and now from yesterday my right nostril is paining......

After waking up, if i am touching cold water, i am starting sneezing. Also, feeling cold.
