Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

At Diwali night after an firecracker blast near me, my left ear continuous slow ringing . I visited BHU for same problem on Saturday where the doctor say that 'parda' is safe and proscribed two drug I I. e. Tinnex 2 cap BD ×15days and Methyl-G1 tab OD×15days Have my problem cured fully by using these drug? Or we also visit any other ENT specialist and going through further test? Pl. Help

I've been having infection and inflammation in the left ear. Now feeling better from pain and inflamation. But sometimes feels irresistible itching in the inner side. What shall I do for this ? Please advice.

I have to give more stress to speak and voice goes down after speaking for a while. this has been since 3 month. I am having a dry and slight burning sensation in throat. I find it difficult to speak just after waking up from bed and should have to drink water to so that I can speak. yet slight burning and dry sensation persist. I have been reccomended voice adduction therapy by my speech therapost, yet the problem isn't solved. can I please contact you through skype .

Form 3 days onwards there is a sound coming in my ear....like beep sounds but there is no pain , I listening others voice but sounds are like guyyyy in ear...plz help me about this

I am suffering from excessive cough formation inside my nose back of nack from last two year initially ENT Dr treated for Sinus problem but problem was remain same. Second Dr also treating for cough but problem is not solved. There is cough formation on regular basis and there is pain and "Jalan" inside nose. Cough came out when i spit it. unable to understand the issue it is two year now.

My son has pain in the left ear.dr has advised to give azithromycin antibiotic.is it safe to give for this condition.for my 1year old son
