Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I would say about 3 weeks ago, I went into the shower to wash my hair and water got into my right ear and ever since then it has been clogged. It's improved but at night when I sleep on the ear it gets extremely clogged and its a nuisance. I was wondering what I should do. I was researching online and I do see that there are ear wax removal kits available such as Debrox. Should I purchase one of these and try to resolve it on my own or should I go to a doctor at this point?

RT MEE There’s some fluid inside my right ear and the ear drum had some swelling initially as per the Dr.But after a month still there’s a clicking noise which comes when I chew food and when checked the Dr says there’s still fluid there.

I have cough since two month and feeling discomfort at tonsil.....do i have problem related to tonsil...do tonsil problem causes weight loss...

I had my tonsils removed almost 3 months now, today when I woke up I tasted blood when I spit it out its just like 95percent saliva and 5percent blood, is bleeding possible for almost 3 months now? I checked my throat and I'm not sure if its my gums or my tonsils. Im scared

I snore in my sleep, quite heaving from my nose and mouth, I've tried nasal strips and even a nose open plug type thing that's meant to help breathing and neither has worked, if you could help I would appreciate it, thanks Harrisson.
