Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am hearing a metallic sound in both ears constantly for last 2 days..I can hear it when in a quiet palace. I am not having proper sleep despite trying hard for last one fortnight.

Unable to hear properly. Something echos. Feeling blockage in left ear. Please advise
