Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Saturday we had come to your clinic..patient name Kushi.R daughter of Lakshmi...she has developed cold from morning.. should I start sos medication?

I have been having a host of odd feelings. It all started as a change in vocal quality. Singing (my major) became difficult and taxing (sounded fine, minor swelling in larynx).and a month and a half later it feels the same!!! My GP said it could be deriving ave of mood, but shortly after the laryngoscopy I had done, I started feeling a lack of ability on my left side. A tendon on the right side of my neck always seems to be tensed and protruding and my swallowing feels lopsided. Help!!

I have really bad tonsillitis. Ive had tonsillitis many many times before but not usually so painful. I haven't eaten in 4 days and I'm struggling to swallow water. I have white spots on my tonsils, above and below my tonsils and on the back of my tongue. Antibiotics are not helping yet. What worried me is as of today I have something big and white going length ways at the back of my throat in between my tonsils. Is it something in my throats that's inflamed?

Recently i look in my left nose, i noticed a blue colorued line on Septum, what is that, is it anything danger.

When I breath with my nose I breath hot air and when I breath my mouth I cough painfully and that make my chest feel like its going to explode, when I sleep I sneeze but in an upright position I get a painful cough

I have many problems with my nose. I have short and Flat/wide nose, that's why I am very feeling embarrassing in front of my friends/neighbour. Many people are commenting on my nose.
