Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

For last few months has this buzzing sound from left ear tried to use ear buds but is not helping am taking nexito, levipil,sepmax kindly advice am 52 yrs old male

I have a stammering problem and I get stuck at times while speaking .I feel underconfident while speaking few words and have to avoid those words.

In my mouth somuch saliva produce In eyerytime... specially when I speak nd am unable to pronounce of words correctly..plz tell me something special

Everyday in the morning I have to spit white sputum from my throat. No throat pain.

Sir it's more than 4 mounth my I side nose always block some time it's runny nose and some time it's start to sneezing at if star sneezing I can't stop that for long I try to drink medicine like (fludrex) (fexodine)nd nasal spray (rhinocort)after using it's stoping for little time but if I stop that problem comming again please give a good salutation for that i cant take it more
