Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have Elergy for dust particles and have cold .....And nose problem so more for some days

Respected Sir/Madam My grandfather's age is 70 years and sometimes he is facing issue in hearing and sometimes he is perfectly fine.Sir, please help me what I should do and I got suggestions from some people that I should clean his ears but I don't know how I should.... Please help me

Can I use nasowash starterkit now ? and I want to know about these stitches in to my nose are absorbed or unabsorbed.? please Sir suggest me.
