Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Recently i look in my left nose, i noticed a blue colorued line on Septum, what is that, is it anything danger.

When I breath with my nose I breath hot air and when I breath my mouth I cough painfully and that make my chest feel like its going to explode, when I sleep I sneeze but in an upright position I get a painful cough

I have many problems with my nose. I have short and Flat/wide nose, that's why I am very feeling embarrassing in front of my friends/neighbour. Many people are commenting on my nose. That's why I'm always in very depressed ... I want to take part in a fashion competition. So I always keep myself fit. But due to my nose problem, I always get cancelled . Please help me Sir Please.

My throat was sore yesterday. Today it is unbearable and I can not eat. I have white blisters in the back of my throat, although the left side is worse. All day I have had a huge headache and behind my ears it is swollen.
