Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a small ball/lymph behind my neck, it's quite thick, it is just where my hairline ends and it is on the right side, little closer to my right ear, it doesn't pain much, sometimes it pains along with the nerves that goes through it, have sometimes neck pain and right ear pain even headaches just on the right side.

I have a blocked nose and mild pain behind my right cheek bone. Phlegm is light green in colour. No cough but slight irritation in the throat

Last friday my ear was paining and some puss was coming out of it.After pouring ear drop and eating painkiller pain stopped. But there is something inside my ear which constantly irritating me. Also after every shower earache starts. On monday consulted a physician she gave me 3 tablets for 5 days,earache stopped but something is there inside ear i think remaining of puss which irritates me.Today I poured eardrop and earache started. Please provide me solutions.

I work in marketing department of a company. we usually wear headphones and suddenly i feel pain in my ears.kindly please guide me in this regard.

Actually i got this issue way back in 2016 with a cold , my cold symptoms were gone but throat swelling is still on, i have been went to almost 10 ent specialist but none helped, treated for acidic relfux, allergy, anitboitics nothing worked at all, had DNS surgery every possible test all were normal.i dont have fever or pain its just like swelling and raw feeling in throat though i can eat and drink properly any suggestion will be helpful

I m having cough for two weeks with white and yellowish phlegm.. I hv taken mymox 250 and azith 250 past 2 days yet no signs of recovery Is it serious??? Should I consult a doctor
