Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have all time dry nose and because of that it looks infection. its continues dry and when i try to remobe its paining. and because of that i have pain in nose. please suggest what will be my next step? thanks chandra prakash

Few days back i caught  cold and used to blow my nose frequently,once during the same, air pressure built in left ear and gave a blow and escaped from it.Since then i have feeling like breathing through my left ear ,now i got rid of cold but still breathing like sensation exists.

Hello Doctor: I attended this band practice session as a singer. Roughly an hour after the session, I realized my hearing was affected. I realized my ears were ringing. It's been 3 days since then but I still have a ringing in the ear. It's really difficult to bear while I lay in my bed to rest or sleep at night. Also on the very same day of the practice session, I was bitten by a dog and took antirabies vaccine. Will this ringing go away? If yes, how long will it take to go away?

From saturday i have swelling in my throat and below the ear. And i also had fever on saturday, after taking paracetamol the fever had gone but swelling is still present.

I have cold and it been a month. My cold issue is in my company we have a open ac means centralised ac. It just falls directly on me, I cannot make it turned off or decrease the ac coolness. I was using a q-tip when my hearing got muffled, I thought I pushed the wax in so I didn't pay much attention. 3 days later it was still muffled so I went to the pharmacy and told the pharmacist about this, so he gave me Dewax and told me to drip 3 drops in my ear before I sleep. As soon as I did that I completely stopped hearing from my ear, but dismissed it as an effect of drops clogging my ear. But now, a full day later I still can't hear, is this normal or should I visit a doctor? Thank you.

Heavy pain in throat where the chest and neck meet and cough. He suffered from fever and cough a few days back but coughing hasn't stopped.
