Painful lump behind ear on neck-
Hello, thank you in advance. I woke today with a very pain , hard, lump behind my ear . not on the ear but on my neck behind my ear. it isn't on the skin, rather deeper in. I also have many small cysts on my skin in that area but they are on top of the skin. the pain is radiating down my neck and a bit into the shoulder. this is on the right side. on the left side, in my armpit, I have a recurring cyst and a hole ( ive had this for a year or so) that when squeezed it produces a thick white subst

You seem to be suffering from acute neck muscle spasm which is usually because of sprain of the deep neck muscles. Usually treatment is symptomatic in the form of analgesics with muscle relaxants, hot compresses etc. Diagnosis needs to be confirmed before planning any treatment
