Hi yesterday I removed wax from my ear am hearing every low and not normal and its my right ear also I have psoraris and it got to my ear but I treated it and it cleared up when am in the phone i could hear loud

You seem to have pushed wax deep into the canal while cleaning. If diagnosis is confirmed then wax needs to be removed under vision by a specialist either by suctioning or syringing. You may use wax softeners like Otorex drops for few days to soften the wax
