Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Can only sleep on one side.if I turn feel like room is turning round. Feel like balance problem or local physician says sinus

I have been diagnosed by a specialist Audiologist with Tensor Tympani Myoclonus. This is currently being treated with Clonazepam. I believe my specialist is hoping the anti-convulsant properties will treat the spasm. I am however finding the degree of sedation quite unbearable at times, I have tried Gabapentin to not much benefit, it seems Benzo's work best. I did read one doctor suggest beta-blockers may help this condition however it is so incredibly rare I don't know where to get advice.

Ear blocked from last 10 days now it started paining. Used hot oil n hydrogen peroxide. Used clear wax too. But nothing is working.

Having cough and cold. In the early morning suddenly the right ear started paining. Although pain is not too much but yes it's annoying and seems that the ear is heavy.

Since two days I felt a pain like a bruising pain under my chin. Now I feel a lump under my chin, fixed to my chin bone. I can not move it around, feels very hard, almost like bone and is about1,5 cm long. Also I feel some pain under my left ear, no lump there.

My grandfather have swollen throat from last 15 days,he have problem in eating (cough when eat something),no pain. voice is also not clear. 2 months ago he only have voice problem but now he have cough while he eat something and noisy breath.... plz help me to find what it is... we visited to the local doctor but find nothing clearly.

Running nose and heavy phlegm for past 4 days. taken 6 doses of azithromycin still no improvement

From few month onwards Im having runny nose, itchy eyes and throat scratch... Really my both nostrils got blocked.. Now I'm breathing mouth only... And at night times totally I was in asleep... In mid of the nights nose was to much scratchy.. Really I need a Gud treatment for this.. Plz suggest me a good Doctor n treatment
