Ear is blocked due to wax is not coming out of my ear and a irritating sound is continually there and a headache too..., it is for the third time I m facing this issue in last k e year,,, pls give a permanent solution...

You seem to be suffering from impacted wax inside your ear canal. You may need to put wax softeners for few days and consult nearby ENT specialist for safe complete removal of wax.

Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Meanwhile you can use Otorex ear drops to soften the wax so that ENT specialist can remove it easily
