Headache and blood in mucus
I caught a cold about 5 days ago and then after that when i suddenly blow my nose theres blood in my mucus. But i think the blood only comes out in my left nostrils and in the othet is a mucus. Im also having pain in my left nostrils. Just a mild pain. And whenever i spit out my mucus that comes from my nose theres blood mix with mucus. Its been 5 days now since it started. What should i do ? Please help thanks.

You seem to be suffering from acute rhinosinusitis which is a common type of nose infection. Forceful sneezing can rupture small blood vessels inside your nose and cause bleeding especially in infection. You may need to take antibiotics, anti cold medicines and decongestant nasal drops for few days for faster recovery
