I got a surgery ( MLS - Laser ) done in throat for a nodule/polyp in my throat on 3rd Nov. 1) For how many weeks complete voice rest is recommended? 2)Partial voice rest is required for how long? 3)I am a singer and professionally a counsellor - Both jobs are voice demanding - After. how long can I really get back to this fully? 4)Can I workout during this period because that will create shortness of breath.
