I got a surgery ( MLS - Laser ) done in throat for a nodule/polyp in my throat on 3rd Nov.
1) For how many weeks complete voice rest is recommended?
2)Partial voice rest is required for how long?
3)I am a singer and professionally a counsellor - Both jobs are voice demanding - After. how long can I really get back to this fully?
4)Can I workout during this period because that will create shortness of breath.

After MLS for vocal cord polyps absolute voice rest is recommended for 2 to 3 days and partial voice rest is recommended for a week. You need to consult a voice therapist for appropriate voice training so that polyps do not reccur
