Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello I was playing football and was elbowed in the ear my ear is muffled I can hear but it's all muffled it has been since last Friday what do I do???

I am gluten intolerant and when I get glutened, I get acid reflux. The reflux causes me throat irritation and makes me feel like there’s a cotton ball in my throat. Is there anything I can do to soothe my throat when this happens?

Hello, thank you in advance. I woke today with a very pain , hard, lump behind my ear . not on the ear but on my neck behind my ear. it isn't on the skin, rather deeper in. I had my otosclerosis surgery done 4 months ago. Now I have started with gym and some excerise. But after 4 days I am experiencing very mild pain in the operated ear. Should I stop excerising and visit the doctor. Or is it normal and the mild pain will go away after some time?
