Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have cold doctor told I have nose problem need surgery.. he said inside my nose bone is not in shape we need to shape it first.. I think he wanted to Learn so I am worrying.. I am really surviving with this cold.. please any suggestions?

One sided throat pain with fever and difficulty in swallowing of liquid and solid.

Having Dry cough and mild cold for long time, due to continuous temperature and weather changes. Mild throat pain.

About 30 min ago I got stung in the inside of my lip by a yellow jacket. The sting is only mildly swelled currently and has a very small pinhead white dot. I currently am not allergic to bees and I’m having no breathing problems. Right after I took ibuprofen to help with the pain. Should i be concerned still?

Since last 4 years I am facing some weird pressure imbalance sensation in my right ear. It is not ringing in my ear. It increases to a good extent when the temperatures drop, as in colder climate. When I sleep facing right side, as in when right ear is facing the pillow, the sensation increases. Hearing levels are fine in both ears. But this sensation is really distracting and disturbing. Please advice.
