Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Left nostril has a sore on the inside and it never heals. There is a scab all the time but just a simple blowing if the nose causes nosebleeds all the time. I have been getting nose bleeds for a few months now but the scab or sore has been there for almost 3 years

Cold and congestion for almost 2.5 days. Have given sinarest 5ml twice / thrice in a day.. But still not seem better. No fever though.

Constant tightness in right side of throat. Endoscopy is normal. X ray shows left side styloid process elongated but ct scan shows both sides are elongated. Please give me advice.
