Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have sinusitis problem every two to three days I have blocked nose and runny nose. But from past three months I am feeling my heart beat is fast and Irregular. Sometimes I feel pricking pain in my heart is that all due to sinusitis. Please help as I am confused to approach an ENT or a cardiologist. Thanks

I have pain in my right ear, few days ago I took flight in which I had sever pain, though I am having cold and running nose, but my ear is still at pain like something is in there, lat night while I was trying to clear my nose my ear got air and all of sudden it started circling (Chakkar aaya) after sometime some noise came from ear and then felt better. Please suggest

Pain in right side of throat while swallowing anything be it food, liquid or even saliva. Little fever also experienced around 99-100 degree which reduces after taking crocin.

The inside of my nose is swollen and I tried using nasal drops but it's not working and it's been like this for more than a week.
