Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been having breathing issue due to blockage of nose and I can only take breath when I will put otrivin. Without otrivin I cannot able to take breath and from 1 month I m taking this otrivin. My nose became red from in side . It's very irritating. 2 years before I suffered this issue . As I'm allergic I m having continuous running nose issue this time it became serious. Hi doctor, recently i have visited ENT doctor due snoring. He have suggested to do sleep test. During the checking, he found nose not straight and can only confirm whether need to do surgical. And meanwhile during the checking he found a growth on my uvula. By the way after that i try checking bout 4 days. I feel like the the white growth getting smaller. What i shall do. The tester is keepon talking bout the CPAP machine and doctor never recomend Cpap and staright goes to Surgical

Over a week ago I had a sore throat for a day and felt a little bit sick, after that I started coughing lightly. The cough has only been getting worse and when I think it is over, it comes back even worse. But I don't have a fever and I don't feel sick anymore. The cough is terrible and sometimes my chest hurts and feels sore.

I have pain on right side of neck. It orginate from deep below sternum. I drank a cup of water with head rised up and found sweliing both side of trachea inside sternum bone but one side is bit larger than other not too large (side of pain). After the pain i gets cheek and head pain on right side.I am not sure which originates first. I have no painful lymph nodes near by and no problem ins wallowing. Please help me.................

I was having severe cold with cold for 3 days after which I travelled by air. Had heavy ear block during travel and attempted to remove the block by closing nose. Cold still persist lightly. I had a loss of balance in between and had a sort of head spinning, which was cyred after taking bed rest. Still feeling uneasy.

I have problem of cough since then when I was 15 years old. I used to have lots of sneezings , coughs and headaches.  Since then i have taken lots of medicines . Even had done nasal path wash therapy by a doctor . I have tried homeopathy too for sometimes. Once a doctor had adviced me that work the growing age the problem may get reduced due to increase in immunity. So after some years i left all treatments. Right now, i still have such problem of cough in nose though in some climate or environment it is not that much . I feel difficulties in complete breathing as repeatedly i have to clear my nose blockage. I want to start treatment which can cure it on permanent basis . But i am confused ,should i refer allopathy or homeopathy or ayurveda . As some says ailopathy won't cure the root . Please suggest me what should i do . If there is any operation required, will it solve the problem permanently ?

Severe headache. My tsh level is 14.088 my body shivers, cannot sleep, neck pain, cannot control urine, im taking thyroxine of 125 mg does it work on me or else i should go for other medicine. And i want to ask what type of thyroid it is. Is it hyperthyroid or hypothyroid. Also i lost my weight, And my hair too.

Suffering from Deviated septum in zigzag way from years chest pain nd nose blockages has been growing a lot from day to day what to do....2 years back took x ray nd scan,they said mild maxillary sinusustius nd result came as anterior part of nasal septum is deviated to left side nd posterior part of nasal septum mildly deviated to right side.this is paranasal sinuses scan report.what should I do to overcome this prblm?

Last month i had a cold and my right ear blocked, since i had a hearing problem..  i used chlorampenicol drops for 2 days.  i used a cotton swab while it was irritating.. then i thought wax may be a problem.. so i used H2O2 for 3-4 days.. now from 2 days pain in ear started, with less clear discharge.
