Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been having ear pain since two days back .. And it hurts so much , I have put ear drops but in vain its not getting any better

My left bottom teeth pain. Also minor pain left ear. I also feeling ear heavy.

I am suffering cold with in two days my nose will be strucked so i am uneasily

I've been having left ear fluid with no pain for some days. And I ask a doctor and use otec AC and after that constant pain starts

I was having severe cough, cold. it is fine now, but dry cough is very much. Also, at night time i face issue in breathing, its vert heavyy and feel like it will stop anytime

I would say about 3 weeks ago, I went into the shower to wash my hair and water got into my right ear and ever since then it has been clogged. It's improved but at night when I sleep on the ear it gets extremely clogged and its a nuisance. I was wondering what I should do. I was researching online and I do see that there are ear wax removal kits available such as Debrox. Should I purchase one of these and try to resolve it on my own or should I go to a doctor at this point?

RT MEE There’s some fluid inside my right ear and the ear drum had some swelling initially as per the Dr.But after a month still there’s a clicking noise which comes when I chew food and when checked the Dr says there’s still fluid there.
