There is redness in my ears. There is a lot of ear wax in there too. I tried cleaning them with q-tips but it didn't help that much. I don't know if the redness was created by the q-tips or something else. It's not paining unless I touch it. Is this serious ? What can I do ? Can I pour water in my ears to clean them ?
