Since last 4 years I am facing some weird pressure imbalance sensation in my right ear. It is not ringing in my ear. It increases to a good extent when the temperatures drop, as in colder climate. When I sleep facing right side, as in when right ear is facing the pillow, the sensation increases. Hearing levels are fine in both ears. But this sensation is really distracting and disturbing. Please advice.

I have been over using over the counter decongestant sprays now for over a year and as a result have serious problems with congestion I have gone cold turkey and stopped using the sprays now for about 1 week but if anything my problem is getting worse I’m getting a lot of dark yellow mucus very irritable nasal passages and more severe congestion. What sort of recovery time am I looking at if any and could I have caused any long term serious damage abusing the sprays ? Thanks
