Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have had for two days still have fever and sore throat and work with food do I need to go to work

I experience severe pain in my right ear. It happens every 30-40 days. The pain is not internal in the ear but seems external. It lasts up to 16-20 hours and and I need to take 3-4 pain killer tabs for relief. It is not related to wax as ear is clean. Some doctors told me that it's allergic and some say it's joint pain. But I don't have pain in my jawline. Also I'm careful enough not to touch/handpick my ear. This problem is almost for 10 years now, and has now increased so much.

I think some insect has penetrated in my ear.It is causing a lot of irritation in my ear. Give pour some water and oil too in my ear. Kindly suggest what should I do?

I was suffering from cold for 3 days and all of a sudden on one day when I sneezed, I felt pain in my right ear and I felt giddy and giddiness lasted for about 1 min and rest of the day I was feeling uncomfortable, tired and scary.

My left submandibular gland enlargement last 3 month approx 12mm×11mm .I have taken medicine 1. Amoxy clave 2.tibrolin.3 mv ..but not change ..and not dissolved and fnac test is normal like saildenitis ...plz suggest

Hey. My tonsils are swollen and when i got my blood test done, my platelets were at 8,60,000 which is really high. I work in rotational shifts and i smoke cigarettes and marijuana. I also drnk ocassionally. Checked for other diseases but it aint there. My family doc says that ots because of excess cigarette smoking that it happened or it may because of weed. I am planning to wuit smoking now though i would consume weed as edibles. I am currently admitted in the hospital though my tonsil still hurts after 3 days. I was wondering whats your take on this.

Hey doctor, After I have to the new place. I keep sneezing the whole day and its not stopping. I don't have fever or cold but dry sneezing. Any help will be valuable. Thanks
