Allergic rhinitis & asthama
I have allergic rhinitis,
I am facing this problem from past 3 to 4 years
if I stop taking medicine problem start again
I have a problem of cold stuffy & running nose and also itching in throat ear & nose and also have mild astama
I don't have habits like smoking, drinking
And I do regular workout from last 8 years
Still I don't understand why this is happening with me
can you please suggest me is astama and allergic rhinitis is curable because I have tried each and every treatment
