Frequently running nose, blocked nose, headache, pain under forehead, pain under chik bones, pain under eyes

Pain in toung while drinking and eating ther is a pain left side inside..from 2 days i am suffering

My left ear has been itching for many days now... Not any pain though... itching reduces a bit on using coconut oil

My mother's nose became sensitive due to minor injury happened 3 yrs back. Which is why nowadays during consuming cold water ( mainly water stored in freeze), ice-cream etc feel vulnerable afterwards and sometimes for some moment eyes became red (left side) and encountered with releasing water from nose. Mom used to take sometimes pain killer from uncontrolled pain which provides instant relief however the pain starts again continued to stay for a day.. Could you help me any remedy or suggestions before I can get start follow-up with doctor.. What primary care needs to be taken to avoid the situation if she takes clod water or ice cream?

Headache, neck pain, body shivering, lower stomach pain, lower back pain, cannot control urine, no concentration, memory loss, hair loss ,weight loss. My tsh value is 14.088. Fatigue.

I have long time cough and cold, something 5-6 month. I take frequently medicine but take only short time effect after that I have continue it. Cold as well as nose block and ear block. These problem increase in early morning time and continue whole day . Sometimes heart beat increases. And restlessness, please suggest me what should I have to do
