Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm a 27 year old female I've had a total of 450 ear infections (that number is accurate I've kept a record of it since I was 10 due to the infections and surgeries on my ears in the very early years of my life) I've had tubes 12 times in my left ear and 14 times in my right. I had a mastoidectomy and reconstruction of my right ear at age 17. My ear drums (both) have ruptured 5 times in the past 3 years.. I am having a small ulcer in my tongue from 3 days which causes pain and due to that i am not able to eat.

I broke my nose years ago playing rugby but never had a doctor look. Since my injury I cannot breathe properly I can only breathe through one nostril.. Lately I am struggling to breathe at night and Im wonder how I can get it repaired.

The last three days I have felt something in my throat every time I swallow. It kind of feels like there is a lump, although it is hard to describe.

Had an ear infection recently where I suffered from severe throat and ear pain when I swallowed. This slowly went away after antibiotics. Now, a week late, the ear and throat pain have started again. Is it because I infected myself again by using the same toothbrush. Should I be taking the same medication again?

My throat got infected by eating raw Onion at night and got fever too, i tried to cure it in home and took dili 650 tablet.
