Dry mouth and LPR problem
Dear Dr. I hve LPRD from past 7-8 month.i m taking medicine from past 4-5 weeks but i still didnt get any result. Still i m suffering from dry mouth (shortage of saliva) .And my tongue get yellow thin layer every day. Dr told me that there is redness and mucos in u r larynax because of pitta dosha. so i stop eating spicy,oily food and other dairy products but it didn't help. Still i hve redness in larynax. What shuld i do now? Shuld i go for any ayurvedic treatment? Or there is connection of stomach problem ? Please suggest !! THANK YOU

If you are not responding to LPRD treatment then diagnosis of LPRD is in question and other causes for dry mouth and resulting coated tongue needs to be ruled out. Sometimes saliva gland diseases can cause significant dryness and coating of tongue
