Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My father is suffering from vocal cord dysplasia past 5 years with disturbed voice!he is no where connected to voice related profession.what would be the best treatment to be done without loosing his voice!

I have been suffering from snoring since 3-4 years. I am 29 and unmarried. I don't have cold or other related issue. I am healthy and diseased free. Can you please let me know how to get out of this.

I've done my Thyroid functioning test iwhich include T3,T4 and TSH. T3 RESULT IS 97ng/dl, t4 result is12.5 µg/dl and TSH is 0.11 µIU/ml. what does this indicate? I'm female of 22 years old

I have pain in my chest left side the pain is like moving and pressure like pin pain and my ear have tinnitus and when i walk i lose like balance could it be because of ear?? I had ecg a week before it turn out to be normal.
