Never drank, smoked heaviness in throat

Heaviness or pressure like feeling in the right side of throat with some pain . No fever no cough no cold nothing And when i press my right side of throat i feel a bean like thing when i swallow my salavia moving in the upward direction. I feel it only when i swallow something. Is it a gland or a tumor? And if i had throat cancer i would have cough? Fever? And what not right? I am scared.. please tell me the exact symptoms of throat cancer that will occur for sure if i had 1.

Your symptoms are unlikely to be related to any cancer. Usually cancers of oropharynx are rare and occur in older individuals. Symptoms are usually difficulty in swallowing and change in voice. You seem to be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits
